I'm in the Inner Circle. Should I join The AI Lab too?
The AI Lab is a different tier with different work. Inner Circle members get monthly AI calls, and access to the BSTRW coach roster. The AI Lab is the recorded curriculum + monthly Lab Build Day + weekly Help Desk + The Vault. They complement each other. Most Inner Circle members find value in both.
I went to AI Unlocked already. Is The AI Lab a repeat?
No. The AI Lab mirrors the foundations of AI Unlocked but goes much deeper, fills every gap from the live event, and adds the live cohort layer. AI Unlocked was the launch event. The AI Lab is the recurring practice.
I'm on a PC, not a Mac.
The AI Lab works on PC. Some skills require Mac-only Control Chrome — we walk through PC workarounds in Module 2.11, and most members eventually add a $400 used Mac Mini as their dedicated AI machine.
I only have one property. Is this overkill?
No. Most Lab skills work just as well on one property as on twelve. Single-property members typically focus on listing optimization (Lyra-tier work) and guest communications (Marlowe-tier). The dashboards become more valuable as you scale.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Every skill build in The AI Lab is conversational. The mcp-builder lets you wire up custom integrations without writing code yourself. If you can describe what you want in English, you can ship it in The AI Lab.
How much time does this take per week?
Weeks 1–4: 4–6 hours a week. After that: 1 hour for Help Desk each Friday at 1 PM CT, plus one Lab Build Day per month on the 4th Wednesday, plus however much time you save by automating tasks (typically 5–10 hours a week back). Net positive after week 4.
What's included in the $297/month?
Everything: the full 30-day curriculum, monthly Lab Build Day (4th Wednesday), weekly Help Desk (Fridays at 1 PM CT), The Vault (skills, prompt libraries, connectors, scripts, and resources), and access to The Build Floor community. No tiers, no upsells inside the Lab.
Is Claude expensive?
Claude Pro is $20/mo (fine for getting started). Claude Max is $100/mo (where most serious members end up by month 2–3). Total stack for a serious member: ~$250/mo. Most members earn this back in additional bookings within 30 days.
